Justin Weinberg’s Bar Mitzvah September 15, 2012 @ Shir Ami & Greenacres Country Club
September 19th, 2012
Justin’s Bar Mitzvah started on Friday morning September 14, 2012 with Hy Paul Studio photographing the family pictures and shots on the bema. The weather was so beautiful Hy Paul was able to do all of the morning formals outside. Justin’s service was observed on Saturday morning September 15, 2012 at Shir Ami Synagogue. Later in the day we met the family and extended family for more formals at Greenacres in their formal clothing. Barbi wore a beautiful red dress, which made her stand out with her husband and boys in their dark suits. They all looked amazing.
Then it was 7pm and the cocktail hour began with delicious food and beverages flowing. Music was playing, everybody relaxing, and waiting for the party to begin. The family entered the reception room to find the room decked out in a college sports theme. It looked amazing! Justin walked into the room with confetti falling from the ceiling. It was a great start to an amazing party. The candle lighting began and when it was over everybody was on the floor for the hora hoisting the family up in chairs except for Marc, who needed no chair, just his friends lifting him high. Friends and family danced all around them as the hora played. Marc made a toast and managed to keep it “G” rated this time.
Games were played with Justin and his friends while the adults danced the night away. The desserts were out of sight, but what caught everybody’s eye was the candy display. The kids couldn’t get there fast enough to make their candy choices.
There was an artist painting a canvas of the room, which he gave to the parents at the end of the evening. What a keepsake! As a memory for all of the kids who attended, water bottles and sweatshirts with Justin’s monogram and date on them were given out.
All of us at Hy Paul Studio thank you for letting us be a part of your family and party for the evening!
