Haylie Laff’s Bat Mitzvah June 15, 2013
July 3rd, 2013
Lets take a trip back in time to October 25th 1998. This was a special day that Hy Paul Studio was able to share with Amy and Josh at Spring Mill Manor. On this special day Amy and Josh expressed their unconditional love for each other as they exchanged vows on their wedding day. Fast forward 15 years later and again Hy Paul Studio is sharing another very special day for the Laff family and this special day would be their lovely daughter Haylie’s Bat Mitzvah. It was a beautiful summer morning in June that helped kick off the special day that Haylie Laff had spent years preparing for. This summer morning had begun at Ohev Shalom with a wonderful service that was led by Haylie, watching with great pride as Haylie read from the torah were her parents, grandparents and all her close family and friends. As this wonderful service came to a close all of Haylie’s close family and friends headed home to relax and get ready for the amazing evening that was to follow. As the evening began to draw near all of Haylie’s family and friends began to arrive at Spring Mill Manor. As everyone began to enter the kids and adults were split up so everyone can enjoy a nice cocktail hour. The adults then enjoyed a cocktail hour outside where they were able to mingle with all their friends and the kids got play games and dance as well. As the cocktail hour ended all the guests were brought into the main party room as they were ready to party with Haylie on her special day. As the guests entered the room it was as if they were entering Centre Court at Wimbledon. The tables and all the other decorations had all different types of tennis racquets and all things that were related to tennis as well as a huge tennis racquet shaped ice sculpture. After everyone was settled in Jay from A Sharp had all the guests come up onto the dance floor and dance in honor of Haylie. Once everyone was on the dance floor Jay then had everyone form one large circle as it was time for the family to be brought into the room. Haylie’s name was then called and as the crowd cheered she ran into the room smiling with excitement. Once everyone began to settle down it was then time for the candle lighting to begin. Once all the candles were lit Haylie then closed her eyes and blew out the candles. Let the celebration begin! Jay had everyone on the dance floor from start to finish. The kids and adults both enjoyed some great dance sets and as well as some fun games. As all the guests began to tire out from all the fun everyone then sat down once more to enjoy some desserts and coffee. To add to the excitement of the desserts their was even a cupcake truck outside where everyone was able to grab one of Haylie’s custom cupcakes. As the evening came to a close Jay then called everyone up on the dance floor one last time so all the guests could give Haylie a hug and a kiss and congratulate her on her special day. We want to thank the Laff family for letting Hy Paul Studio be apart of Haylie’s Bat Mitzvah. We can’t wait to see you again at Jared’s Bar Mitzvah.
